SHIPPING POLICY

 

Minimum Order

There is a $15.00 minimum order size, at checkout orders that do not meet the minimum amount will include a surcharge bringing the order total to $15.00.

Partial Orders

Orders may ship partial unless otherwise noted at time of order placement. Orders that are requested to ship complete (that must be compiled from multiple locations) are accessed a $10.00 handling fee.

When Will I Get My Order?

Processing your order is our #1 priority. All in stock items are shipped 1 - 2 business days after they are placed with us. Special order items are typically shipped in 7 to 10 business days. Shipping then takes between 1-5 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days.

Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

Handling / Processing Fee

For items that are bulky, HAZMAT or above a certain weight, an additional handling fee may apply. All additional shipping costs are clearly indicated prior to finalizing your transaction. No item, such as these, will be shipped without your final approval.

Excessively canceling orders or items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address might affect your order. Additional handling fees may occur for such changes ($25.00 where applicable).

Freight Line Shipping

Orders or items that cannot ship via FedEx/UPS Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. Such orders ship out within 7 - 10 business days from when the order was placed. Delivery then takes between 3 - 5 business days once the order is shipped.

Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside.

The Freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries. Extra service fees may include a 'Tommy Lift' to lower the item to ground level.

Freight line companies are only required to bring the item to the 'tailgate' of the truck, no more. Review your order and tracking info for freight line info (Pro number, Carrier Name). Contact them and review extra services where needed. Contact us prior to delivery if you need help with this. We will review the info you need to contact the carrier in your city to make those arrangements.
