We ship UPS, FedEx and USPS at our discretion.   
 
If the item is a stock item, delivery is 1-5 business days in the continental (48) United States. Special order items are 11-14 days, depending on shipping method selected.
 
You may request US Mail by noting this in the comment box at check out.
NOTE: We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged if you select US Mail.
If we elect to change your order to US Mail, WE accept that responsibility.
 
Tracking numbers are attached to invoices that are sent by email the day after they ship. You may call us if you need a tracking number too. When you receive your tracking number you may enter it here: www.ups.com, www.fedex.com and www.USPS.com for US Mail.
 

Shipping calculation estimates are offered online. Those calculations are approximate estimations but are generally deemed true for US/Canadian orders, international orders vary. If we determine a discrepancy, you will be contacted prior to shipping. For example, orders shipped other than ground go by 'dimensional weight', not actual weight. The UPS or Fedex online system cannot interpret this calculation and fetches shipping fees based on actual weights only.
